Return Policy

Our 30 Day Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, unaltered, unopened products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. Must have proof of purchase.

If a product (other than a gun or ammunition) is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. Guns and ammunition cannot be returned to The Whitekiller Reservation. Guns and ammunition should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty claims. Guns refused by the FFL dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check, orders cancelled due to customer reasons or requests; will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition, Guns, Gun Powder, Primers and Treestands may not be returned. 80% Lower Receivers, Frames, Receiver Blanks, Receiver Flats and Short Chambered Barrels may only be returned in new, unmodified condition. For hygiene reasons, underwear and mouth calls may only be returned in new, unused condition. Products requiring fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquids have been added (must also be in new, unused condition).

In some cases, products shipping directly from the supplier must be returned directly to the supplier.

Cancellation Policy

If any order is cancelled per customer request or after 90 days of non-pickup after it has been charged through our payment system, there will be a 15% restocking fee. All other funds will be returned to the original payment method and the order will be considered closed. Choosing the wrong shipping method or no shipping method at all is not an exception to this rule. Shipping can always be paid by contacting us after the order is placed.

Shipping Damages

Shipping insurance is the buyers responsibility. FLAT RATE DOES NOT cover insurance. If you would like insurance, you must select UPS Ground, insurance will be included in that rate. The Whitekiller Reservation IS NOT responsible for damages occurring during shipping. All packing and shipping is done personally, buy the owner, in order to maintain product and shipping integrity. Damages happening after it leaves the shop is no longer part of our responsibility. If damages occur during shipping, that will have to be taken up with the company who damaged and delivered the product.
